Weekly Schedule Change Request
Life is running and sometimes you need to change your child’s schedule. If this happens, please submit the form. It will help us address your request and know your needs, keep track of the schedule changes, and avoid double-booking.
A convenient schedule is being created anew at the beginning of each school year (and this is why you are charged an annual administrative fee vs. a one-time registration fee). Usually, RE-scheduling is as difficult as original scheduling because as a rule, we need to reschedule multiple students. The first time we’ll do it without additional charge, and starting with a 2nd request within the school year, a $20 rescheduling fee will be charged per each rescheduling. If the rescheduling is done by the teacher rather than by the office, this amount will be added to the teacher’s salary.
