Please notice that as per school policies, we need a 30-days withdrawal notice, so unless you put a later date, your lessons will stop in a month and your last payment will be prorated. Withdrawals are not accepted for May and June unless the family is relocating beyond a 45-min driving distance.
After you submit the form, you’ll be notified of your child’s last lesson and adjusted payment.
The last (prorated) payment will be charged within two days, so we could delete the upcoming full charge for next month right away and thus avoid overcharge.
