2024-2025 Tuition and Fees

RATES

Different tuition rates are listed for various classes. Unless specified, all rates are monthly.

A monthly fee is equivalent to 1/10 of annual tuition and remains the same flat monthly fee whether there are 3, 4, or 5 lessons per month according to the school calendar.

Usually, we change our rates following CPI.

ASSESSMENT LESSONS

Group assessment lessons are free; if one class is not a good fit, you can try a different class, but it will be charged at the regular rate.

At Private/Semi-Private Assessment lessons we’ll evaluate your child’s needs, abilities, and level to ensure the best placement for his or her progress and development. Private and Semi-Private lessons will be prepaid.

GROUP vs. PRIVATE lessons

While we are trying to accommodate parents’ preferences, the teacher's approval is required for placement in a group; no exceptions.

CHESS GAMES SESSIONS
2-hour weekly Game Sessions (as per school calendar) $50 a month for current students only. Recommended from Beginner 2 level.

MUSIC
Music for the Young (in Russian)

Ensemble Singing, groups of 3 or more students:

*Group rates are for 3 or more students in a class. If a student discontinues Russian class, so only two students remain in the group, the lesson length will be decreased to 45-min. without tuition increase, or if parents prefer lesson length will remain and partner rate charged.
Materials fee is charged separately. Reading books have to be returned at the end of the school year or when replaced by the next grade book.

It covers 38 private/partner lessons and recital(s.) 1/10 of annual tuition is charged in equal monthly installments whether there are 3, 4, or 5 lessons a month.
Two private/partner lessons per week discount (for the same student only): $30 off per month; no discount to family members.
We do not provide guitars or ukuleles for rent.

ANNUAL ADMINISTRATIVE FEE

$45 for a student, $75 for a family. This non-refundable fee covers annual scheduling and partial other admin work. It also includes a resource library for all reference materials and teachers’ materials. "Take-home" materials are partially included in tuition and partially charged separately - please see below. One Annual Administrative Fee is paid for any number of programs that the student or family attends ($45 or $75 accordingly.)

ENGLISH, MATH, MUSIC
Materials will be purchased by parents (link sent by a teacher); not included in monthly tuition.

RUSSIAN
The $40 materials fee covers workbooks (рабочие тетради, прописи) and is charged at the beginning of the school year. It partially covers the cost of worksheets. Textbooks must be returned to the school at the end of the school year or at the time of withdrawal, or reimbursed if can’t be returned.
